The location was great, being close to a beautiful cathedral from the 1500s and the service offered was satisfactory, despite a couple of staff members needing further training.

The hotel is situated in a beautiful old Colonial-style building. I loved the brand-new, well-maintained room with 2 double beds. the staff was knowledgeable and excellent people. the location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk to the Main Square.

The property was overall clean and perfectly located right in the middle of the historic area. the hotel was in a magnificent and good position near center, Merida highlights, and restaurants and stores. - Centro de Merida district was worth exploring. Holiday Inn Express Merida Centro is in a prime location within the historic area, making it convenient for exploring the highlights of Merida and discovering the Centro de Merida district. the hotel's cleanliness and strategic positioning near restaurants and stores enhance the stay experience.

The staff here were on top of things and really took care of us. Our room was brand new and had a comfy bed where we slept like babies. Plus, we had our own private bathroom 💫.
